Unistrut Mansafe^® Fall Arrest Systems

A certificate of acceptance permanently attached to each ManSafe system, is your assurance of proper system design and installation. Routine system inspection and maintenance by the customer is required to assure proper performance of the ManSafe system.

Unistrut takes responsibility for all phases of a ManSafe project – from design through installation and system certification. In addition, ”engineered compatibility“ is built into every ManSafe component – from transfasteners right down to securing hardware. The result: greater performance assurance.

All materials used in the ManSafe™ Fall Protection System are designed to resist corrosion. Stainless steel is the major material employed, requiring minimum maintenance, even in the most severe environments.

The safety line itself is 5/16 inch stainless steel cable. It is installed by ManSafe installation specialists who safely secure both ends of the cable with precisely measured wire tensions calculated for the supporting structure and maximum design loads. Finally, the complete system is inspected and tested. Only then do we issue a certificate of acceptance for the designed application.
